Aquatic physical therapy with Lisa is changing my life drastically, for the better. She so amazing and encouraging. I am so grateful for her and select pt. It’s an honor to work and improve with someone as invested in the whole of you as you are. This place has helped to save me and help to improve my chronic pain already, even though I still have a ways to go and can improve even more with her/their help. Thank you to Lisa and Select PT!

Anthony has been tremendous in helping me rehab my torn Achilles. Rate of progression has been spot on, difficulty of exercises has been super manageable, and I feel like I get plenty of exercises to do at home to help me improve even more quickly. Great organization.

Jamil does a great job of focusing on my recovery while I’m present. He has a hands-on approach manipulating the effected joint to improve my progress. He spends time explaining the rehab exercises & recommending ways for me to help, not hurt, my recovery at home as well.

Antonio (Tony) is very knowledgeable, professional, maintains good communication, and has not only given me advice while at PT, but suggested things I can do at home and things I can purchase to continue my PT journey at home as well. I am really enjoying PT and healing, and Tony and the team are a huge part of that. I cannot thank them enough.

Kind and engaging staff. Facility is clean vibrant and full of energy. Able to work with motivating staff to acheive therapy goals. Aliza is very knowledgeable and one can see her experience when working with her. Her positive attitude keeps me motivated to stick to my regimen.

Select Physical Therapy is One of Thee Best ! The Staff to PT and assistant's are so nice -friendly and knowledgeable ! The happy atmosphere makes time fly by when your working out. I highly recommend "Select Physical Therapy". Located in a nice fancy building with Kerlan & Jobes in Westchester. Give them a call.................

Attentive, professional, helpful, and most importantly, helping me regain the use of my shoulder. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced, and thoroughly explains the process of recovery in detail. I would highly recommend her to anyone that may require physical therapy.
